Organic Smoked back bacon
Organic smoked back bacon. Dry cured by hand, then smoked over beech for a distinctive sweet, smoky flavour.
This traditional smoked back bacon is made with organic, truly free-range Wiltshire pork, for outstanding flavour and welfare. Rich meat is taken from the loin, dry-cured by hand to let its natural sweetness shine, and lightly smoked over beech wood for a distinctive mellow, smoky taste.
Contains a minimum of 6 rashers.
Delivered in insulated packaging to keep cool on your doorstep. Minimum meat order £15 to cover the cost of the packaging.

How to prepare
Sizzle in a pan or under the grill for a few mins on either side, until cooked through and nicely crisp.

Keep refrigerated below 5°C. Once opened, use immediately for best quality. If not required immediately freeze as soon as possible and always within the use by date. Once frozen use within 1 month. Defrost in a fridge and use same day. Do not refreeze.
