Organic smoked back bacon. Dry cured by hand, then smoked over beech for a distinctive sweet, smoky flavour.
Our traditional smoked back bacon is made with organic, truly free-range Wiltshire pork. Full-flavoured meat is taken from the loin, dry-cured by hand to let its natural sweetness shine, and lightly smoked over beech wood for a distinctive mellow, smoky flavour.
Contains a minimum of 6 rashers.
Delivered in insulated packaging to keep cool on your doorstep. Minimum meat order £15 to cover the cost of the packaging.
Combine smoky bacon, spicy chilli, aromatic rosemary and greens with pasta for a weeknight feast
How to prepare
Sizzle in a pan or under the grill for a few mins on either side, until cooked through and nicely crisp.

Keep in the fridge below 5°C and use by the date on the label. Once opened use within 2 days. Can be frozen.
