Fresh lean beef mince prepared in the Riverford butchery, using prime quality grass-fed organic beef from West Country farms. Just what’s needed for a crowd-pleasing Bolognese, succulent beef burgers or comforting cottage pie and chilli con carne. Serves 4.

How to prepare

Perfect for making into burgers, koftas or meatballs, for a speedy cook in a pan, under the grill or on a BBQ. Or cook slowly into a ragù, chilli or cottage pie filling. Brown well for the first 5 mins of cooking; it deepens and intensifies the flavour. Cook thoroughly before eating.

Storage

Keep in the fridge below 5˚C. If you’re not going to eat it within a day or two, freeze your meat as soon as possible and always within the use by date. Once frozen, use within a month. Use on the day of defrosting.
