Ideal in steak and ale pie, or any recipes that involve browning and a fairly short period of braising (it doesn’t need a long stewing time). It also makes excellent beef burgers.

How to prepare
Perfect for relatively quick casseroles, stews or curries. Oil and season generously. Brown the meat well on all sides before adding to your dish of choice. Cook gently for an hour, or until tender.
Keep in the fridge below 5˚C. If you’re not going to eat it within a day or two, freeze your meat as soon as possible and always within the use by date. Once frozen, use within a month. Use on the day of defrosting.
