A soft-leaved herb with a strong aniseed flavour.
Classically paired with chicken or used in béarnaise sauce, it also works well with certain veg. Try it in this recipe for carrot & tarragon purée here.
We grow some of our herbs here in Devon or at our Upper Norton Farm in Hampshire but for more variety we turn to the expert.
