Plump and juicy, our organic nectarines are ripened to honeyed sweetness in the Mediterranean sun. There’s more to do with a perfectly ripe nectarine than eat it as it is. Add to a smoothie or fruit salad, or pair their delicate flesh with savoury foods, from refreshing salads to cured meat.

How to prepare
After you’ve eaten your fill of the raw fruit, halve, brush with honey and butter and bake until caramelised – about 20 mins. Enjoy with yoghurt, mascarpone or vanilla ice cream. Nectarines’ fragrant sweetness also goes beautifully in a cobbler or crumble, or elegantly arranged in a galette.
Ripen in a fruit bowl, then keep in the fridge for a few days. Delivered fresh from the farm, so wash before eating.
Our nectarines are sold as class 2. This means that they might not look cosmetically perfect, but they are grown for the very best flavour. (We have to tell you this to satisfy some EU rules).
