Good old Gala apples, one of the most reliably sweet and pleasant varieties. Crisp and juicy, with a subtly aromatic flavour – you can enjoy Gala apples fresh or cooked, and they will always be a sweet, easy-eating treat. Ours come from Paul Ward in Kent during the English season then, once the homegrown season is over, we source overseas for a few months.
