A silver winner at Mondus Vini, this unusual blend of Cabernet Sauvignon/Grenache/ Mourvèdre really works. It’s classic Cabernet on the nose, with dark fruit and spice. The flavour is full and savoury, yet soft, with a long, spicy finish and a lovely liquorice aftertaste. Slight Cabernet sweetness makes it perfect with red meats (especially lamb) and strong cheeses
