Made on Hombre Farm, Parma with their own grass-fed organic cows’ milk, and matured for a minimum of 22 months.
For Parmesan to be classified as Parmigiano-Reggiano, both the production of milk and its transformation into cheese have to happen in just a few Italian provinces. Ours is made by the Bianchi family on Conforti Farm, Parma, with milk from their pasture-reared organic herd, and aged for a minimum of 12 months. Mellow yet full flavoured, with a crumbly, grainy texture, it’s ideal for pastas, salads and risottos.

To prolong the shelf-life of this product keep it wrapped and stored in a container in your fridge.
