You may remember us sending you a customer survey a few months ago. The response was overwhelming; our postman groaned and our inbox brimmed as more than 25% of you responded, many of you in great detail.
It is great for us to have some info about who you are and which bits of Riverford/River Nene/River Swale you are happy and less happy with. But most enjoyable and helpful was reading through your comments, which are full of insights and suggestions, constructive criticism and heartwarming appreciation.
