This week’s recipe is Rhubarb & Strawberry Pavlova – a perfect summer dessert, with British strawberries and our own Riverford rhubarb. The two are a winning combo, the tartness of the rhubarb making a mouth-watering foil to the sweetness of the berries and pavlova.
