how to create a charcuterie board

A charcuterie board is possibly the easiest, tastiest and most impressive appetiser for any gathering and an ideal sharing platter to take to summer parties. You can make it as simple or as spectacular as your budget and imagination allow but the cured meat can be the star of the show.

Our chosen mix of organic Spanish Serrano ham, chorizo piquante and salchichon sausage will create a mouth-watering spread laid alongside stuffed olives, cornichons, roasted nuts, slices of fruit, marinated artichokes, mixed green salad leaves and perhaps a good preserve or hot mustard. Fresh crusty bread or seeded crackers will add substance and absorb the robust flavours. Above all, take your time, explore different flavour combinations and enjoy good company.

about Brindisa

Brindisa has one simple objective: to provide unbeatable Spanish food. All of its organic charcuterie is sourced from the Biobardales El Enebral organic pig farm in Avila, where the pigs roam the sunny lowlands of the Sierra de Gredos mountains and are allowed to mature slowly on a diet of organic grains, pulses and chestnuts.
