Made up of a trio of complementary but very different Spanish cured meats – firm, salty Serrano ham, warm, spicy chorizo piquante and a creamy salchichon with a mild peppery flavour and a hint of nutmeg – it offers a satisfying variety of flavours and textures. Supplied to us by Brindisa, the UK’s foremost importer of authentic Spanish foods.

Brindisa has one simple objective: to provide unbeatable Spanish food. All of its organic charcuterie is sourced from the Biobardales El Enebral organic pig farm in Avila, where the pigs roam the sunny lowlands of the Sierra de Gredos mountains and are allowed to mature slowly on a diet of organic grains, pulses and chestnuts.
