The uses for this mellow organic cheddar are almost limitless. A lunchbox staple, Wyke’s organic mellow cheddar is equally tasty in a sandwich on its own or dressed up with seasonal mixed salad leaves, sliced tomato, a fruity pickle or chutney. Grate onto spag bol, sprinkle over a pizza, or mix with the spooned out innards of a cooked jacket potato before re-stuffing and double-cooking until golden and bubbling. Cut into sticks, it makes an ideal snack on the go for hungry babies and toddlers.

Please tell us where to leave this product if you are not in – it needs to be kept chilled to maintain its quality. A cool box in a shady spot works well.
Keep in the fridge for up to 7 days or freeze on the day of delivery. Serve at room temperature.
