A note from our cooks

This recipe will take 35 mins. These went down a treat when we made them for the photo. There was a bit of a scrum for the leftovers! The brioche buns are new to us. With our meaty burgers and a little chilli tang from the sriracha chilli sauce, they make a tasty treat of a meal.
