A note from our cooks

This will take 60 mins. We look forward to Padron pepper season every year. Every now and then a hot one appears, so it’s a little like playing veg Russian roulette! Cook until they start to deflate and blacken, then all they need is a little salt and a glug of olive oil. We’ve kept the Spanish theme, serving them with a beef picadillo - smoky spiced beef mince, tomatoes and olives, topped with an egg and tangy sheep’s cheese.
