A note from our cooks

Persian style spiced lamb is simmered and served with another dish from the same region, a beetroot borani; essentially a beetroot and yoghurt dip, with dill, lemon and garlic. Topped with toasted walnuts and crumbled British feta-style cheese, toasted pitta is on hand for mopping up the juices.
