This washed-rind, semi-soft cheese from the award-winning Nettlebed Creamery’s Oxfordshire herd is a savoury delight: creamy and buttery when young, it later develops notes of bacon and broth, revealing complex layers of flavour. Best eaten at room temperature, Highmoor is a fine addition to an organic cheeseboard – and also lends itself well to all sorts of cooking.


Keep in the fridge but remove before serving as this cheese is best eaten at room temperature.
