Organic Saint Giles is an English version of the French Port Salut or Saint Paulin style of cheese. It has a rich, buttery texture and a versatile, mild creamy flavour – and its edible orange coating is made from organic carrots. Produced from organic cow’s milk by High Weald Dairy, Saint Giles won Best English and Best British Cheese at the World Cheese Award in 2009, and a silver at the International Cheese Awards 2017.
Use within 3 days of opening and serve at room temperature. Once opened, reseal in food wrap or place in an airtight container in the fridge.
