Real men might not eat quiche but they'll happily tuck into a ham and leek tart. Our light, golden baked all-butter pastry is filled with a mixture of our own cured ham mixed with sautéed leeks and onions, Riverford curd cheese and crème fraîche. Can be eaten either hot or cold. Perfect for picnics or warmed up for supper with a few new potatoes and a salad.

Keep it cool

Please tell us where to leave this product if you are not in – it needs to be kept chilled to maintain its quality. A cool box in a shady spot works well.


Keep in the fridge for up to 4 days and use by the date on the label or freeze on the day of delivery.


Handmade in small batches in our farm shop kitchen using all natural, organic ingredients and of course our own veg.

pastry (flour (wheat), water*, butter (milk), salt*), ham 16% (pork, water*, cure (salt*, sugar, preservative E252*, E250*), leeks 13%, onion, curd cheese (milk), crème fraiche (milk), egg, vegetable oil, pepper.

Prepared in a mixed kitchen, may contain traces of : wheat, oats, spelt, egg, milk, almonds, hazelnuts, cashews, walnuts, peanuts, soya, sesame, celery, celeriac, mustard, port (sulphur dioxide).


Can be eaten hot or cold. If heating, sprinkle with a few drops of water and cover with foil (if you spread a little olive oil on the inside of the foil it will keep the pastry crisp). Place on a baking tray in a preheated oven at 180°C for 20-30 minutes until piping hot.

Ben’s team runs a busy production kitchen on our farm in Devon. We make everything by hand and put flavour first – if it doesn’t taste outstanding, we’ll keep working on it until it does.
