The blend of cow’s and sheep’s milk in this moreish halloumi gives it an extra creamy, rich flavour. Dry fry or grill it until crisp and golden brown, and throw into salads, stir fries or pair with roast veg and couscous. A great vegetarian alternative to bacon.

Incredibly versatile, it works beautifully with roast veg and couscous or salad alongside a herby dressing, or threaded onto kebabs with courgettes and tomatoes for a veggie BBQ option. Equally good on its own as a tempting nibble!
