Organic Garlic mayonnaise
A beautifully rich and creamy mayonnaise with a zingy punch of garlic.
This incredibly moreish garlic mayonnaise is handmade using organic eggs from free range hens mixed with high quality cold-pressed sunflower oil and other organic ingredients. This garlic mayonnaise will add an extra dimension to coleslaws, salads, sauces and sandwich fillings, or simply dollop generously on your plate as a dip for chips, roasties or raw veg.
Made for us on a small scale by Mandy Johnson, this mayonnaise really tastes homemade.
Laydilay is a small family business run from Ashburton in Devon, on the edge of Dartmoor. With an ethos of ‘putting the chicken before the egg’, husband and wife team Mandy and Andy Johnson work hard to give their 1800 laying hens a happy life. Automatic pop-holes allow the hens access to free-range grazing from dawn until dusk and they share their space with two protective alpacas!
