This week’s recipe is Mango, Passionfruit, Coconut & Ginger Smoothie. A tropical tipple! The Mango has a juicy mellowness to them, which is lifted by the sharp passionfruit and oranges. Coconut and bananas make it temptingly creamy, all topped off with a hint of warming ginger (added to your taste). We deliver all the ingredients you need plus simple step-bystep instructions, for a different recipe every week. Makes 4 large glasses. Every recipe is packed with goodness, including truly seasonal fruit and veg. From time to time, we may need to make a swap in your bag to make the most of what is at its seasonal best. The recipes all say to add water, but if you want to experiment with using a different liquid, please do! You could try oat milk, or add a dollop of yogurt for extra creaminess.
