A Watson family favourite and easy to see why. Slices of cucumber and onion brined overnight then rinsed and blanched in a boiling vinegar and sugar liquor infused with spices.

How to use

Delicious with cooked meats and salads in burgers instead of a gherkin or even straight out of the jar with a fork. one jar never seems to last long enough. Our recipes are developed by an experienced team to ensure the recipe used produces the best results.


Cider vinegar, cucumber (25%), sugar, onion, sea salt*, mustard seed, cloves, turmeric, (* non organic).

Prepared in a mixed kitchen, may contain traces of : wheat, oats, spelt, egg, milk, almonds, hazelnuts, cashews, walnuts, peanuts, soya, sesame, celery, celeriac, mustard, port (sulphur dioxide).


Store in a cool, dark place. Once opened, refrigerate and consume within one month.
