Keep in the fridge below 5˚C. If you’re not going to eat it within a day or two, freeze your meat as soon as possible and always within the use by date. Once frozen, use within a month. Use on the day of defrosting.
Matured, hand trimmed and cubed at our butchery to produce extra lean diced meat. Full of flavour, our RSPCA award-winning meat is from animals reared the traditional way: in free range herds where they can roam, graze and reach maturity naturally. We cut and prepare all of our meat from the carcass at our own butchery, with a skilled team of butchers who also make all of our sausages and burgers.
Great for the BBQ, grilling and frying.
