We’ve chosen the tastiest varieties, and grown them ever so slowly in rich organic soil, for maximum flavour.

Every variety has been grown specially for your festive table. We choose Sorrento potatoes for the perfect roasties; their floury texture gives fluffy middles and crunchy golden skins. Parsnips will be even sweeter after the first frost, as the cold converts some of their starch to sugar. And we've painstakingly grown trial crops of 32 different cauliflower varieties, to make sure we're bringing you the very best one!

We've also picked some of our favourite fruit of the season, including our festive favourite; sweet, juicy clementines.
