Christmas is a time to gather together with family and friends, share good food and good company. Our organic Christmas meat will help make your festive celebration extra-special and is guaranteed to be a talking point. Inside your box you’ll find all the meat you need to create that most important festive centrepiece: a small (but ample!) fresh turkey, 20 homemade pigs in blankets, and a tray of sensational pork stuffing balls. We also give you a 1kg dry-cured gammon joint, either to serve alongside your turkey or to create a stunning separate meal.
We choose traditional breeds of organic, outdoor reared animals, which we believe give better flavour. We carefully hang and butcher the meat ourselves, then mature it for extra flavour and tenderness.
