The star is a 1.5kg Bronze turkey breast joint: rich and juicy, yet quick to cook and easy to carve. Alongside, a medium veg box bursting with 8 festive varieties, pork and apricot stuffing, 20 pigs in blankets, fresh cranberry sauce, a large Christmas pudding, 12 mince pies, and 1kg of zesty clementines.

Feeds 4-5 generously, with plenty of leftovers (300g cooked meat per portion).

Veg storage: Delivered fresh from the farm, so wash before eating. Store in a cool place. Minimum shelf life – 1 week.

Meat storage: Keep in the fridge below 5°C and use by the date on the label. Turkey can be frozen on the day of delivery, but pigs in blankets and stuffing have been previously frozen so do not re-freeze. Minimum use by date 26th December.

About the producers

The veg in your box is grown in our fields, or by our small-scale farmer friends. Our turkeys are reared on small West Country farms, roaming free on organic pasture and reaching maturity at their own pace – for the best welfare and a rich natural flavour. Pigs and blankets and stuffing are prepared in our own organic butchery, using Helen Browning’s (organic pioneer and head of the Soil Association) Wiltshire pork. Cranberry sauce, mince pies and puddings are all made to our own recipes by our friends at Kitchen Garden, The Authentic Bread Company, and Crosbies family bakery.
