We have tirelessly tasted and tweaked to bring you this smooth carrot and lentil soup, handmade to our own recipe. It’s packed with sweet Riverford carrots and onions, fragrant Indian spices, coconut, ginger and chilli. Perfect for a hearty lunch or light dinner for two people – we’d recommend serving it with warm bread or naan.


From chilled, heat gently in a saucepan, stirring often. Alternatively microwave on full power for 5 mins in a covered microwaveable bowl, stirring halfway through. Ensure it’s piping hot before serving. Do not reheat.


Keep refrigerated. Once opened consume within 24 hours. Suitable for home freezing.

Please tell us where to leave this product if you are not in – it needs to be kept chilled to maintain its quality. A cool box in a shady spot works well.
