A note from our cooks

This week’s recipe is Beetroot & Lentil Burgers – an earthy combo of beetroots, mushrooms and lentils, with a light Scandi-style spicing of allspice. They make a great burger with some briny pickles and plenty of fresh salad.

Each week’s organic burger kit contains all the ingredients you need to make a really tasty vegan burger patty from scratch – bursting with the freshest veg, and on your table in 30 minutes. For an ideal pairing, order our vegan brioche burger buns – or, if a burger doesn’t take your fancy, just roll the mix into smaller balls and use them like a falafel or kofta, tucked into flatbreads with plenty of salad and summer veg.
