BakerTom was started by Thomas Hazzledine in September 2006. He wanted to make bread that was additive and preservative free, was available in a variety of different styles and flavours and tasted great. Starting by making a few loaves for his local farm shop he was soon inundated by demands from shops and restaurants. He now has shops in Truro and Falmouth.
