Our Facilities Team keep everything ship-shape on our farm in Devon, as well as multiple sites around the UK, making sure our co-owners are safe and our sites well maintained.
We’re looking for someone with a real can-do attitude to lead the team in delivering on maintenance tasks, both planned and reactive. Working with the Group Facilities Manager, you’ll lead a small team and deliver an exciting range of work, from small repairs to in-house construction projects.
The role is hands on, and you’ll be leading by example, working in all conditions alongside your team – so you’ll need to be flexible. You’ll show good attention to detail, carrying out work to a high standard and seeing tasks through to the end. You’ll also need to be confident with IT, as you’ll be updating our electronic maintenance schedule with your progress, and using your initiative to add additional jobs that require attention.
As well as maintenance, you will be an advocate for health & safety – not just in your own work, but across all areas of the business. Although we have comprehensive risk assessments and safe systems of work in place, your input into developing these will be valuable.
