Learning and Development Manager

This is not a standard training role as we are looking for someone who is creative and up for really stretching the boundaries of what L&D can offer. You’ll be accomplished in partnering with senior leaders, in order to support the People Director and the broader People team to develop and deliver training that will build co-owners, teams, and organisational capability across the business.
