Daily deliveries are picked up from the hub at Irlam to the west of Manchester. The territory is well serviced by a good road network, branching off the nearby M60. Many of the towns and suburbs within the territory have good rail links into Manchester.

There are plenty of opportunities throughout the area to build on the existing customer base utilising shows and events such as The Castlefield Food Festival, and local shows at Alderley Edge, Wilmslow, Poynton, Bramhall and in the Peak District. Over the last few years, the lowest performing round has moved to the 2nd best by building brand awareness at 2 annual shows at Hayfield and Edale in the Peak District.

There remains plenty of potential to develop the customer base further across the whole area, including a growing network of local artisan/maker markets that has so far been untapped. There’s also a strong food culture, particularly around Macclesfield and Manchester suburbs like Chorlton, whose residents are wholly committed to supporting independent local food businesses.
