Come take a stroll through the fields with us on our farms in Devon, Peterborough and North Yorkshire. You’ll learn about the history of Riverford and the Watson family and because we’re organic, you’ll be able to pick and taste some of produce straight from the ground while taking in our beautiful scenes and variety of wildlife. The walk will last for about an hour before we return to munch down on some picnicky Riverford food.
Please remember that we are a working farm, so there will be farm vehicles moving around the site. The weather can be a little temperamental so be sure to pack the essentials for rain and shine. An extra layer may be useful as it can get a bit chilly, and most importantly, don't forget your wellies!
Things to note: There won’t be any transport along the route so please make sure all of you joining us are able to complete the walk. Children are very welcome, though young kids will probably find it hard going. We suggest a minimum age of 8. Not suitable for wheelchair users. As the walks are around our crops we’re sorry to say that doggy friends will have to stay at home. We reserve the right to cancel the event at any point, in which case full refunds will be given.
