Work with us
Every week, Riverford delivers organic food to around 84,000 homes across the UK. This takes loads of brilliant people, from growers to IT experts, and more besides!
We’re a friendly, forward-thinking bunch, and our three core values – Stronger Together, Do Things Well and Independence – run through everything we do. We celebrate diversity, valuing, supporting and developing the whole person as an equal opportunities employer.
Success means much more than just profits; we want Riverford to be a place people enjoy coming to work, and a business our co-owners feel proud of.
What’s a co-owner?
‘Co-owner’ is what we call ourselves instead of ‘employees’ or ‘staff’. In 2018, Riverford became employee owned, so working here makes you a co-owner. It’s not just a name; every co-owner can play a part in shaping our business.About employee ownership

SEASONAL FARM TEAM
We are now recruiting for Seasonal Farm roles in Devon!
If you love working outdoors (come rain or shine) and enjoy working as part of a team then you could join us for the next few months harvesting our organic veg. You’ll get the opportunity to harvest different crops, as well as getting involved with moving crop covers, planting, weeding, and hoeing. Previous experience of farm work would be great, but otherwise we are looking for a can-do, positive attitude and a resilience for doing manual work outdoors.
Our contracts last between 2 months and 6 months with various start dates from May 2021 and throughout the summer. If you are interested in applying, please find ‘Register Your Interest: Seasonal Farm Team Member’ in our list of current vacancies
Join our Face to Face sales team
Being part of Riverford is about much more than flavoursome organic food. We try to build long-lasting relationships with our customers and welcome them into a community of like-minded cooks. This begins at the very start of their journey with us - which is why we employ our own friendly and knowledgable sales teams.Find out more
