All our UK apples are from Kent or Herefordshire. The varieties vary through the year: Discovery, Russet, Early Windsor, Red Windsor, Red Pippin, Falstaff, Cox, Spartan, Kids Orange Red, Katy, Lord Lambourne.

The ancestor of the ‘domestic’ apple still grows wild to this day across central Asia. The Romans are thought to have introduced the fruit to Europe and then Britain. Widespread cultivation of apples is thought to have started with the growth of monasteries in the 12th century.
