In many dairies yoghurt is merely a by-product – a way to get rid of older milk. At Riverford, however, our yoghurt is made from fresh milk, usually on the day the cow is milked. And those friendly bacteria in the culture are called: bifidobacterium, lactobacillus acidophilus and streptococcus thermophilus.

Please tell us where to leave this product if you are not in – it needs to be kept chilled to maintain its quality. A cool bag or cool box in a shady spot works well.
