Jane has been head chef since we opened in 2005. Imaginative and with an obsession for fresh, seasonal food that's big on flavour, Jane previously worked at the River Café, the Carved Angel and has cooked her way around the Southern Hemisphere.
how does the day work?
Arrive at 10am for a cup of tea or coffee with fellow guests then on to a short tour and introduction to Riverford and how we grow our veg. Back to the Field Kitchen for the cookery demo.
how much does it cost?
£60 per person including coffee on arrival, a short introduction to Riverford, cookery demonstration, a copy of the recipes demonstrated and a 2 course lunch with wine and coffee.
