Riverford Chef Bob Andrew has come up with another cracking set of recipes for The Guardian; this time celebrating marmalade. It may be glorious on toast, but the possibilities for the amber stuff don’t stop there. He’s come up with a rum and marmalade bostock (a beautiful breakfast made with brioche), a Spanish Seville duck stew, and a citrusy salad of winter leaf, beetroot, ricotta and hazelnuts with a marmalade dressing.
