Here are some handy videos we’ve put together to help you get the most out of your Riverford orders

How do I order something as a one off, not weekly?

  1. Login to your account
  2. You should be taken to your orders page automatically – if not, click “basket” at the top right hand corner.
  3. Choose the date you would like to receive an order. Click “show” if needed.
  4. Click “add to this order” under the line that shows the date. This takes you to the shop page.
  5. Choose the items you’d like by clicking “add to your basket”.
  6. Once you’ve finished shopping, click the orange “confirm order” button on the right hand side underneath your basket. This takes you to a confirmation page and will send you a confirmation email.
  7. Click “view your orders” on the confirmation screen to see how your orders look for the next 6 weeks.
  8. If you don’t receive a confirmation email:
    1. Check your junk mail folder
    2. If you still haven’t had an email from us, call us on 01803 227227 and we’ll check if you’ve said yes to emails and that we have the right email address for you.

How do I add something as a one off when I already have a regular order

  1. Login to your account

How do I cancel a one off order?

  1. Login to your account.

  4. Click “cancel this delivery” under the line that shows the date to be cancelled.
  5. This will take you to a confirmation page, click “yes, please cancel it” to confirm. This will send you a confirmation email.
  6. You are then back in your orders screen, showing you how your orders look for the next 6 weeks.
  7. If you don’t receive a confirmation email:
    1. Check your junk mail folder
    2. If you still haven’t had an email from us, call us on 01803 227227 and we’ll check if you’ve said yes to emails and that we have the right email address for you.

How do I change how often you deliver to me?

  1. Login to your account.
  2. You should be taken to your orders page automatically – if not, click “basket” at the top right hand corner.
  3. Click “edit your regular order” grey button found on the left hand side of the page.
  4. You can then choose the changes you would like to make from the drop down menus. You can say that you’d like things weekly, fortnightly, every 3 weeks or every 4 weeks and what date you would like the next delivery to be. You can make each item different if you wish to. For example, some people like to alternate different boxes or only have fruit every fortnight.
  5. Click “update order” found underneath the drop downs. This takes you to a confirmation page and will send you a confirmation email.
  6. Click “view your orders” on the confirmation screen to see how your orders look for the next 6 weeks.
  7. If you don’t receive a confirmation email:
    1. Check your junk mail folder
    2. If you still haven’t had an email from us, call us on 01803 227227 and we’ll check if you’ve said yes to emails and that we have the right email address for you.

How do I set up a regular order?

How do I remove things as a one off from my regular order?

  1. Login to your account.
  2. You should be taken to your orders page automatically – if not, click “basket” at the top right hand corner.
  3. Choose the date that you would like to remove something from, from the six dates displayed. Click “show” if needed.
  4. Click on the minus sign to the left of the item you would like to remove.
  5. Click on the “confirm changes” button that will appear just above in orange. This will take you to a confirmation page and will send you a confirmation email.
  6. Click “view your orders” on the confirmation screen to see how your orders look for the next 6 weeks.
  7. If you don’t receive a confirmation email:
    1. Check your junk mail folder
    2. If you still haven’t had an email from us, call us on 01803 227227 and we’ll check if you’ve said yes to emails and that we have the right email address for you.

How do I cancel one week of my regular order?

  1. Login to your account.
  2. You should be taken to your orders page automatically – if not, click “basket” at the top right hand corner.
  3. Choose the date you would like to cancel from the six displayed. Click “show” if needed.
  4. Click “cancel this delivery” – this has a small red cross next to it and is under the line displaying the date to be cancelled.
  5. This takes you to a confirmation page, you must click on “yes, please cancel it” to confirm the cancellation. This will send you a confirmation email.
  6. You will end up back in your orders screen, this will show you how your orders look for the next 6 weeks.
  7. You can do this for as many weeks as needed, if you are pausing for several weeks, we suggest you use the pause function instead.
  8. If you don’t receive a confirmation email:
    1. Check your junk mail folder
    2. If you still haven’t had an email from us, call us on 01803 227227 and we’ll check if you’ve said yes to emails and that we have the right email address for you.

How do I pause my orders?

  1. Login to your account.
  2. You should be taken to your orders page automatically – if not, click “basket” at the top right hand corner.
  3. Click “Pause your orders” half way down the page, on the right, underneath “pause or cancel orders”.
  4. Choose the dates you don’t want any deliveries from us - it’s easiest to use the pop up calendars.
  5. Click “update info” to confirm. This will take you to a confirmation page and will send you a confirmation email.
  6. Click on “return to my orders” on the confirmation screen to see how your orders look for the next 6 weeks.
  7. If you don’t receive a confirmation email:
    1. Check your junk mail folder
    2. If you still haven’t had an email from us, call us on 01803 227227 and we’ll check if you’ve said yes to emails and that we have the right email address for you.

How do I add to my regular order? I have a regular order set up and I would like to add something to it.

  1. Login to your account.

How do I find out my delivery day?

  1. Click “your account” at the top of the screen on the right.
  2. Click “new customer, start here”.
  3. Enter your postcode in the “new to Riverford” box.
  4. Your delivery day will come up.

I’ve forgotten my password

  1. Half way down the homepage on the right is the customer login box. Click “forgotten your password” underneath the “login” button.
  2. Type your email address into the box and click “send”.
  3. This will create a new password and email it to you.
  4. If you don’t receive an email:
    1. Check that you’ve typed your email address correctly and try again if not
    2. Check your junk mail folder
    3. If you still haven’t had an email from us, call us on 01803 227227 and we’ll check if you’ve said yes to emails and that we have the right email address for you.

How do I cancel all my orders?

  1. Login to your account.
  2. You should be taken to your orders page automatically – if not, click “basket” at the top right hand corner.
  3. Click “Cancel all future orders” found half way down the page, on the right, underneath “pause or cancel orders”.
  4. Tell us briefly why you’re cancelling – this information really helps us improve the service we offer.
  5. Click “update info”.
  6. The confirmation page will tell you that all your orders have been cancelled, this will send you a confirmation email.
  7. If you don’t receive a confirmation email:
    1. Check your junk mail folder
    2. If you still haven’t had an email from us, call us on 01803 227227 and we’ll check if you’ve said yes to emails and that we have the right email address for you.

I’ve got a new card, how do I update my payment details?

  1. Sign in to your account
  2. Select my account from the drop down option on the top right of any page
  3. Select the Billing Tab
  4. Click on the link which says – Update card details

You will now be able to set up your new card details

Please note if you are viewing the page using Safari then you may need to change your cookie settings

Safari – IOS (ipad and I phone)
  1. Open Settings and select Safari on the left-hand menu. Tap Block Cookies on the right
  2. Select Never
  3. You can now set up a Future Pay agreement. Once complete you can follow the same steps to re-block cookies if you wish
Safari – Windows, Mac OS X
  1. Open the Safari Preferences
  2. Under Privacy, look for the section Block cookies and other website data
  3. Select Never.
  4. You can now set up a Future Pay agreement. Once complete you can follow the same steps to re-block cookies if you wish

How do I change my address?

Give us a call or email us at the farm and we’ll change your address for you. It’s not yet possible to do this on our website.
