Vegboxes are about sharing the very best from our fields with as many people as possible; keeping it seasonal and affordable, and the service local and personal. And that’s where you might come in. We need franchisees (vegmen and ladies) to help bring our fields into our customers’ homes, connecting them to how their food was grown and helping them enjoy it around the kitchen table.

 

All businesses need to be profitable to survive, grow and keep relevant to the needs of their stakeholders. Sustained profits come from a commitment to being genuinely useful, generating long-term value for customers, staff, suppliers and the world at large. Business should be fun, so we are looking for franchisees who we like, trust and who share our ambition for a world where good food, good farming and good business are the norm.

We need people who are hard working and well organised, with the confidence and willingness to sell and develop the business with us. An enthusiasm for food and interest in how it is produced will help to sustain you through the harder times. You should be independent and self motivated, but also able to appreciate the benefits and accept the compromises that come with being part of a larger organisation.
